Positive aspects - Helpful staff, ideal location, spacious rooms, good water pressure, appealing pool and sauna area.

Their linen was exquisite. The bed pillows were excellent but if they didn't suit they offered another 5 different types of pillows to suit everyone's requirements. Quality products in the rooms. Good choice of restaurants within the hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Nice lively bar in the evening.

Room service stopped after 11.00pm, which seems a little early for a 5 star hotel. No hair conditioner in the rooms. The pool and gym were a little small.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and courteous welcome we received at check-in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even helping us with a parcel mishap and ensuring it reached the correct recipient.

Although we didn't get to explore all the facilities, the spa and pool looked inviting, while the gym was well-equipped and not crowded.

I had a delightful stay in a long time. The hotel was remarkable and stunningly beautiful with fantastic location short walk to a cafe with outdoor tables, the restaurant and the spa/pool area, and the main train station as well as the trams. The staff was courteous and good and provided excellent service. The vibe here was quiet!

The accommodation here was fantastic, well-furnished, and perfect for my needs; I was allocated a large room with beautiful hardwood floors.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the historic district and all its attractions. Staff members are kind and ready to arrange a taxi. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start your day. the swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing.

The cleanliness of the spa facilities needs to be improved.

The hotel staff were smart. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the outdoor bar.

The hotel was well-appointed and first-rate. The location was excellent, right in the heart of a pedestrian area close to all the attractions in southern Germany. Bachle was just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations on local attractions. Breakfast was busy but likely excellent. The hotel is in a great location near the train station.

The rooms need updating and could be cleaner. The front desk manager was rude and unprofessional, which significantly impacted my stay.

A 5 star hotel that is actually 5 star! Perfect base to visit the lovely city of Freiburg.

1- they made tee little available but without materials ( no tea or coffee bags) 2-when I stained in the same hotel lin July last year very bad and small room with window to the corridor which indicates the hotel is not maintaining one standard.
